Yes, a brand new Magic of Myths story is coming your way – artist and co-creator Sergio Calvet has been working not only on the initial designs for Season 3, but also on a new short story called Magic of Myths: Dusk.

We won’t say much more (yet), other than it’s our first venture into the Norse mythology side of the Magic of Myths universe, so it should provide a distinctly different style of tale. Have a quick look at some pencil sketches and get ready for more previews in the coming weeks.

And if you’re one of our new readers from the many conventions we’ve been doing over the past few months, welcome and thanks for all your support!

Just a small yet significant update for you.

First, Magic of Myths will be attending MCM London from tomorrow until Saturday, sharing a table with eternal collaborators Clockwork Watch. Head over to table CF9 in the Comics Village and say hi! And if you came by our table for The Lakes Comic Arts Festival a couple of weeks ago, thank you so much, your support is appreciated, as always.

And the surprise? Well, while we’re working hard on Season 3, there may be something else from the Magic of Myths stable coming, too.

Another announcement?

Why, yes.

Another announcement.

We know – it’s about time, right?

We’ve been planning Magic of Myths: Season three for some time, but we’re finally ready to start putting the material together for a late 2018 launch. We’ll be feeding you details and news over the coming months, along with previews, but as a little thank you for sticking with us, here’s some exclusive and early sketches from Sergio’s art board for you to take a look at. This mysterious character is going to be super important to Eve’s journey from now until the end of the series itself…

And before we go – a massive thank you to those who swung by our table at Thought Bubble last week – we appreciate your support! We’ll be at another convention soon to round out the year, so expect more news on that soon.

Sorry for all the downtime – with a lot of things going on right now, we thought it best to say a quick something before time got away from us.

So, first of all, a massive thanks to anyone who stopped by the Magic of Myths/Clockwork Watch table or purchased a book at both Nottingham Comic Con and Thought Bubble in Leeds, recently. The books went down a storm and we were really happy with the response Magic of Myths: Faerie received.

Secondly, the Magic of Myths team will be going on a short break while a few personal issues are being resolved.

Magic of Myths is still going strong – our audience is bigger than it’s ever been and Faerie has been a wonderful success – and work on Season three is still ongoing (along with other secrets) so even though we may be quiet, please stay with us for the ride. There’s plenty news to come in 2016… promise.

If you want to buy any copies of Magic of Myths to date, please head over to here:

Thanks again for all your support, and stay magical!

It’s been a long time – sorry – but between more work behind the scenes and recovering from San Diego Comic Con, things have been a bit hectic. So expect a flurry of updates in the coming week…

First of all, a big thank you for anyone who stopped by to visit our table at SDCC. Magic of Myths: Faerie gained a great response at the show and we picked up a few more new readers in the process. Lots of pictures below from the con – including someone who looked just like Faerie’s protagonist, Robin – spooky!

Robin, is that you?!?

Robin, is that you?!?

We’ll be at two more cons in the UK later this year, so if you’ve not yet got your book, there will be plenty of chances to grab one (if you don’t want to buy one via mail order here) soon…

Speaking of which, our next update regards availability if you’re in London…

One of the most inspiring things we’ve heard all year about Magic of Myths: Faerie – the story has been used to teach year 10 students Shakespeare and drama at Leeds West Academy, due to its accessible use of Shakespearean language and themes.

We’re delighted to hear this, given Season one has already been used in another school to teach mythology.

If you want to use any of our books in your school, please get in touch.
